Xerjoff Warda Al Oud is a perfume for women and men with an oriental character, launched in 2012. The fragrance composition was created by perfumer Chris Maurice. The scent is built on the union of rich rose tones with distinctive agarwood, warm amber and a delicate vanilla sweetness. A fresh citrus opening gradually gives way to a floral heart and a deeper woody, musky base.
In the top notes, sparkling bergamot introduces the composition with a fresh citrus accord. The heart of the fragrance then unfolds with opulent Bulgarian rose and Damask rose, whose floral character is complemented by fruity-floral osmanthus and elegant jasmine. The pairing of two rose varieties creates a pronounced floral layer, enriched by osmanthus and jasmine with softer nuances.
In the base of the fragrance, soft musk, intense agarwood (oud), warm amber and sweet vanilla intertwine. Oud gives the composition a deep woody character, while amber and vanilla soften its intensity and connect with the rich floral heart. Xerjoff Warda Al Oud will especially appeal to admirers of oriental unisex perfumes in which rose and jasmine blend with oud, amber and vanilla.
