Returns & Refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw through an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, phone call, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard option). The refund will be processed without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned them—whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30-day period expires.

We cover the return shipping costs.

The returned goods must be unopened and in their original condition. If the value of the goods has decreased due to opening, use, or damage, we may only issue a partial refund.

When Is Withdrawal Not Possible?

The right to return goods does not apply in the following cases:

• If the sealed goods cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics).
