We generally offer the payment methods displayed during the ordering process. PS Online Stores GmbH reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods for individual orders and to refer to alternative payment options.

Delivery times

• Delivery times to other countries within the EU are 3-5 working days on average, but may vary depending on the country.
• Delivery within Austria takes 2-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is indicated in the item description.
• Orders received by 13:30 on working days will be processed on the same day.
• Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays at Germany.
• Collection of goods from the seller's premises is excluded
• The delivery period ends on the following 6th day. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
• The period for delivery begins
  - for payment in advance on the day of receipt of payment or on the next working day (Mon. - Fri.)
  - for all other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract

We kindly ask for your understanding that once the package has been handed over to our shipping partner, we no longer have any influence on the further course of delivery.

Despite careful stock management, items may sometimes sell out sooner than expected. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery – availability is only while stocks last.

We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order if the ordered goods are out of stock, unavailable from our supplier, and therefore cannot be delivered. In such cases, the buyer will be immediately informed of the unavailability, and any purchase price already paid will be promptly refunded.

If there are any delays in shipping or delivery, we will notify you immediately.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with your parcel number, allowing you to track the shipment status with the respective carrier.

We ship exclusively with DHL for reliable and fast delivery.
