How to use

Use 2× a day as you would a regular toothpaste. Apply a small amount to your toothbrush and brush for at least 2 minutes, then spit out and rinse your mouth if needed. For fast relief, you can gently rub a small amount of toothpaste onto the sensitive area of the tooth with your finger for 1 minute, up to 2× a day. Do not swallow. Not intended for children under 12 unless recommended by a dentist or doctor. If sensitivity persists or worsens, consult your dentist.
