Le Galion Sortilege (2022) is a women’s perfume with a floral-aldehydic character, launched in 2022. The fragrance composition was created by perfumer Marie Duchêne. The scent combines sparkling aldehydes with a rich bouquet of classic flowers and a deeper musky-woody base. The result is an elegant composition in which an airy floral opening gradually unfolds into powdery, resinous and warm tones.
In the fragrance top notes, prominent aldehydes meet delicate lilac and fresh lily of the valley. The heart of the fragrance is formed by a rich floral blend of powdery iris, distinctive narcissus, soft mimosa, elegant rose and heady jasmine. This varied floral palette is the main character of the perfume, linking softer powdery nuances with more intense floral accords.
In the fragrance base, soft musk blends with earthy vetiver, resinous labdanum, warm amber and creamy sandalwood. This combination gives the floral composition a deeper, softer finish with woody and balsamic shades. Le Galion Sortilege (2022) will particularly appeal to lovers of classically styled floral fragrances with aldehydes, iris, mimosa, rose and an elegant woody-musky base.
