Vanilla Edesia is inspired by the Roman goddess of feasting and abundance - and that's exactly what it does: festive, gourmand and deeply satisfying.
An unusual combination of incense, delicately almond heliotrope, juicy mandarin, bergamot and spicy pink pepper greets you at the start. This opening phase feels like the sublime scent of a festive evening - warm, vibrant and with flashes of spice and citrus that add sparkle and depth to the fragrance.
The heart is distinctly spicy, with notes of Roman cumin, cinnamon and coriander that combine with floral softness in the form of rose and exotic ylang-ylang. This contrast between the dry spicy accords and the rich floral heart gives the perfume a layering and complexity that makes it truly exquisite on the skin.
The base of the fragrance consists of creamy and smooth vanilla, which blends with warm sandalwood, earthy patchouli, elegant Virginia cedar and smoky Haitian vetiver.
