Mizon Cicaluronic Toner is a lightweight moisturizing toner enriched with Cicaluronic™ Complex, designed to soothe, hydrate and even skin tone. Its formula contains 50,000 ppm of Cicaluronic Complex, centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and adenosine, which work together to promote healthy-looking skin, reduce signs of aging and even skin tone.
