- Wash hair with shampoo and dry thoroughly with a towel.

- After the time has elapsed, rinse the hair for 5 minutes without removing the curlers.
- Dry the hair on the curlers with a paper towel.
- Apply neutraliser and leave on for 10 minutes.
- Remove curlers, gently wash hair with neutraliser and rinse thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
