COSRX Calming Liquid Intensive is a vegan toner specially designed for oily and acne-prone skin. This intensive soothing toner regulates sebum production, calms inflammation and prevents further breakouts. With 60% propolis extract and zinc PCA, it minimizes the risk of infection and reduces the swelling of cystic acne. Chemical exfoliants BHA and PHA gently remove dead skin cells without causing irritation. The toner also contains CentellAC-Rx Complex, a special blend of Centella Asiatica extracts that soothe and repair damaged skin, treating lesions including pimples and cystic acne.

Use
Soak a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe over the face, avoiding the eye area. Gently pat the remaining essence until it is completely absorbed. Use morning and evening after cleansing.
