Features
The eyeliner pencil does the make-up of the whole eye. Replaces liner, kajal pencil, eye shadow and brow pencil. Concentrated pigments ensure long-lasting makeup, plus the pencil is both waterproof and abrasion-resistant.
Ingredients
Solid polymers and waxes allow the pencil to glide more easily over the skin. Silicone powder provides a velvety texture and a soft makeup finish.
Usage
Apply to the lower and upper lid, use the included sponge for a smoky effect.
