Thierry Mugler: From Café de Paris to the MUGLER symbol
He presented his first collection, "Café de Paris", in 1973 and it became his ticket into the fashion industry, where he built a hugely successful career. 25 years after the launch of its perfumes, the Mugler brand decided to reinforce its identity with a new and more memorable logo. It now combines the activities of a fashion house and a perfume line under the clearly defined MUGLER brand. The former logo with the Thierry Mugler typeface is replaced by the modern and timeless MUGLER symbol, which boldly steps forward. Although the logo has changed, the formula of the perfumes remains unchanged, thus retaining their unique and unmistakable essence.
